Madge the owner contacted me the morning we were arriving to make sure all was delta variantas and to give directions and tips for our stay. The bedroom and bathroom gorgeous, we stayed in Treetops.
Madge does not live on the premises and the delta variantas is fully stocked for breakfast with cereals, fruit, milk cows and almond spreads, jams, cheese, breads and pastries. Various types of tea and coffee.

We stayed for 4 nights and Madge could not have been more helpful and welcoming with great communication before, during and after our visit. Her local knowledge and recommendations were very welcome.
The house is in a quiet location about 15 minutes easy walk or a short drive to downtown Clarksdale. The rooms are clean and spacious with very comfortable beds.

Special mention about the breakfast - Madge keeps the kitchen stocked with all sorts of goodies and guests can help themselves any time of the day or night. It really did feel like a home away from home and delta variantas would certainly stay here again.

The provisions provided for breakfast were outstanding - particularly grateful for the almond milk and fresh fruit! Walking into town was safe and only took around 15 minutes.

We were arriving late from Natchez, and Madge was very responsive to emails which was so convenient. She organised a self-check in for us, and left a hand-written note of recommendations!
